New Drawing & Painting Classes

As the new term begins join me at the Kent Adult Learning Centre in Tunbridge Wells for my fresh in person classes. Running for 10-12 weeks, these courses are designed to teach you the basic art techniques and help develop your confidence and skills through a range of weekly tutored lessons.

Beginner Friendly

We all have to start somewhere and these structured beginner lessons are a great fun and safe place to begin, I’ll show you how you can draw, paint and be creative in a space where there are no judgements, just a supportive environment. You will explore a range of exciting materials, colour creation, light and shade, as well as artistic styles, applying techniques and tips to landscape, still life and personal projects.

Improvers and Advanced

The courses for Improvers and Advanced artists are designed to teach you further techniques to drawing and painting and help develop your confidence and skills through a range of weekly tutored lessons. Informative, challenging and fun, you’ll be learning and applying your findings to your own work. Themed projects will be set which allow you to interpret them in accordance with your own ideas and interests and find out how creative you can be.

Single Sessions and Weekend Workshops

Taster days to weekend courses devoted to specific mediums. These classes are for artists of any level looking to try something new or for guidance to take their art to the next level. From Oil Painting to illustration, new dates and are appearing all the time.

 

Let’s Get Creative!

Join me in The Amelia, a cultural centre set in the buzz of Tunbridge Wells every Monday. Sessions take place on the top floor in the purpose built studio space. Natural light plenty of room for easels, drawing boards and space to get stuck in to some good creative work.

We’re all still learning, so regardless if this if the first time we’ve picked up a brush or we’re veterans looking to explore further. If there’s something new, wild or revelatory to discover so let’s and find the get creative together!
